Every AI reply your store sends — on the website chat, WhatsApp, Merchant AI or the campaign assistant — uses 1 credit. Only unusually large requests (over 8,000 tokens) use an extra credit. Background work — auto-tagging, chat summaries, reading photos and voice notes — is free. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets every billing month.
